Introduction

My name is Pamela Vaughan. Together with my husband Barry and daughters Rachel and Sarah, we operate Rayah Kennels Reg.’d. We are a small home based kennel located on a working farm 2 hours north of  Toronto, near beautiful Georgian Bay. All our poodles live in our home.

My goal is to produce healthy puppies with super temperaments. I start with poodles that have superior dispositions. Add a lot of love, a little discipline, health testing and a great deal of thought to produce puppies that are placed with a great deal of care. The puppies are raised in our large farm kitchen. They are properly socialized, and temperament tested at 7 weeks of age. All puppies are microchipped.

Poodle’s eyes are checked yearly. Their hips are x-rayed and certified OVC. All dogs are DNA von Willibrands disease clear. Blood is checked for Thyroid disease and Addison disease. Skin is checked for Sebaceous Adenitis. To learn about these diseases click on the HEALTH ISSUES button.
